The mobile deposit feature is not working. when I try to take a picture of my check, it logs me out of the app. something is broken

Cannot get any mobile deposits to go through to save my life without submitting them at least 6-10 times. My camera takes them just fine, but the app ruins the image quality and makes them blurry and almost unreadable. Everything else is limited, but I guess it gets the job done. Please fix the loss of mobile deposit image quality.

Finally!!! I was able to make a deposit. I have had to drive to the branch to make deposits for a long time since the app was so hard to use that I gave up.
