For months I've barely been able to deposit checks remotely. App keeps logging me out. The bank just keeps repeating same song, that's my phone, not up to date, etc. I've even showed them in person what it is doing and they still give me same suggestions saying they fixed bugs. I said I'm going to have to find another bank if I can't deposit remotely. Their reply was easily, ok, come I person and sign papers. Feels as if they don't care at all. I'm actively seeking new financial institution.

Great service in bank but if u need assistance online it's a different story.hold times can be insanely long and chat isn't much better,some days it's not so bad but others it's just to the point of rude,when the chat app tells u that it's gonna close for too long w no exchange between chat and u there's a real problem.u shouldn't have to keep asking if they are still there.just saying...
