Great service in bank but if u need assistance online it's a different story.hold times can be insanely long and chat isn't much better,some days it's not so bad but others it's just to the point of rude,when the chat app tells u that it's gonna close for too long w no exchange between chat and u there's a real problem.u shouldn't have to keep asking if they are still there.just saying...

I like the new requirement of changing the user id, tho, had my spouse not had trouble getting into his account before me I would have been upset too. Like him I didn't read the warning message until it was almost too late. A five minute phone call and I was all set.

Dnt like this app cause if you type in wrong password it enables it and you have to go up there to get it fixed. They send temp password to reset it but tht dnt work
