If I could give negative points, I would. It's 2025. Why is the check deposit completely incapable of scanning a check correctly?! I take a picture that's squarely in the box, perfectly in focus and on a dramatically contrasting background, and it somehow makes it into a scewed, unreadable mess, with half of it cut off. It would take me less time to drive 20 minutes than it would to get this app to deposit a single check. Absolutely worthless.

Holding my check for 8 days even though they said 5. Also been waiting like 4 days for them to accept my direct deposit form. customer for over s year been waiting almost 5 days for my remote deposit even tho they boast it only tskes 2. they really just full of it guts

Absolutely frustrating and broken. Should be rebuilt from the ground up! The app crashes on my Android phone every time I try to take pictures of the checks. I have tried reinstalling, clearing the cache, all of it. Nothing works. My phone is running Android 12 and is only a year and a half old since release. so it isn't my phone. This app is also forever broken on iPads. The fact this app is so broken and Granite refuses to acknowledge many of us hate this app is absurd....
