Mobile Banking users must enroll in Online Banking & Bill Pay, and must be members of Industrial Federal Credit Union.

Mobile deposit is basically useless. No matter how good the lighting is, how clean my lense is, the image quality is perfect until you tap the screen to take the picture. Then suddenly it becomes a grainy black and white photo that looks like it was taken 50 years ago. And, shocker, my deposits get denied every time for bad photo quality.

I use three banks. Two of the bank's mobile deposits work without any issues. IFCU app will not accept a deposit in the times I've tried. The app takes bad photos which the other two apps do not and there is no clear way to reach tech support that I can find, only the general number. I will continue to try. I have 20 plus years with IFCU, I've been waiting for them to upgrade to a decent mobile app. This is not it.

I DO NOT LIKE IT!!!!! The other 1 was so much easier to use. You could see all the pending payments and recent payments at a quick glance all there together. Seams that I have lost all of my payment history, so years of payment are gone. You can't pay your Visa.
