I have banked with KCFCU for approximately 50 years, first as a joint account until my husband's death and then an individual account. The banking is excellent, accounting prompt, people courteous, quick responses to loan requests and other services, state of the art on line banking and apps. I would not bank anywhere else.

Easy to use, very direct without extra steps other than login, and support for biometric login so it's even easier with that.

Love our bank but this by far the worst banking app out of all the banks we've used. Since the update you can barely get in the app anyway. Really stinks.
