After the latest update it always shows that I have a pending transaction. it used to let me know what my pending transactions were and whether I should expect a deposit or withdrawal. Now it is forever in limbo. I can see I have a pending transaction, but what for, for how much, or whether it's in or out of my account.

Photos blurred on mobile deposit multiple times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, changed camera settings and it still comes out blurry no matter how focused it is before taking the photo. I have a Galaxy s10. I have to get new account with another bank because mobile deposit is my only way to deposit and the system keeps rejecting my checks. Been on and off the phone trying to get a solution. Keeps getting rejected and I can't keep doing this every week.

Been locked out so many times by the fingerprint scanner. You cannot make payments on Railroad credit union credit cards which is mildly infuriating. I'm about to switch banks just because of how terrible it is trying to use their app and because of the pure inconvenience it has caused me.
