So I have 2 CUs. This and travis. Travis has a wonderful app, but trying to get thru to an actual person, when calling, sucks. It's the exact opposite with this CU. You can get thru no problem, but the app sucks. It's usually slow to load, or it tells you you can't access it at the moment.

It's better than some I have used. I am downgrading my initial review from a 4 to a 3 because lately, the browser has been timing out on me.

What kind of stupid app hides your own account number from you, even after you've logged in? Literally nowhere in the app to get your account and routing number. Ridiculous.
