For Access you need to be registered User of easi or easiest system of CDSL. The user name and the password would be the same as used for easi or easiest.

Unable to generate the cas statement. Noticed most of the people reported this from last year on twitter & seems to be this feature was never working or stopped working from last year.

I am receiving information about my purchase and sell on my mobile and Email ID. But when I am trying to register on CDSL. I can't recive OTP on my mobile and Email ID. I checked spam mail, unread mail all mail and my mobile sms also. I am trying to call on help line. Its not responding When I Email on help. It is only saying check email. When I am try using desk top, on web page, I choose refresh OTP option, then web page not responding very long period. Reduce OTP valid time up to 10 minute.

Sometimes get error while communicating to server. Also, I feel the user interface is very outdated. Sorting and filtering should must be provided. I strongly recommend CDSL team to upgrade UI and add more options related to easily filter out investments based on different parameters like sectors, MF, direct stocks as well as sorting options at least based on invested value and duration.
