The App provides digital inspection and reporting solution within Valuation Hub, designed to streamline building assessments and on-site data collection for Building and Asset Consultancy teams.
The app enables surveyors and inspectors to manage assigned inspections, capture property and building information, record observations, take and organize photographs, and document findings directly from their mobile device. It supports key services including Condition Surveys, Reserve Fund Studies, and Snagging Inspections.
Built for use in the field, the app provides an intuitive, structured inspection process with offline capability, allowing users to continue working in locations with limited or no internet connectivity and synchronize information once a connection is restored.
Key capabilities include:
Inspection Management – View and manage assigned inspections and their current status.
Property Details – Capture and update structured property, building, and inspection information.
Digital Inspections – Record observations and findings against predefined inspection areas and items.
Photolog – Capture photographs directly within the app and associate them with the relevant inspection item or observation.
Voice-to-Text – Record inspection notes quickly using voice input to reduce manual typing while on site.
Offline Working – Conduct inspections without an active internet connection and synchronize captured information when connectivity is restored.
Centralized Information – Store inspection data, photographs, notes, and supporting information within Valuation Hub.
Workflow Integration – Connect field inspections with the wider Valuation Hub workflow, supporting the process from assignment and inspection through to review and reporting.
Role-Based Access – Ensure users have appropriate access to view, add, edit, or manage inspection information based on their role and permissions.
