GEL GROSS, a leading company in the refrigeration sector, supplies products for hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, trattorias, fast-food restaurants, tourist villages, communities and canteens, normal-trade, large-scale distribution, pastry shops, bakeries and fishmongers.

Founded in the 90s by Dario Del Rosario, an entrepreneur from Salento, GEL GROSS has specialized over the years in the marketing, distribution and sale of frozen and frozen products.
Thanks to the consolidated know - how, the evolution that has taken place over the years, the passion for its territory, GEL GROSS, now led by the new generation of Omar, Simone and Andrea, aims both at the distribution of the product and at the production of Salento specialties. Hence the birth and development, in 2010, of FIORDIGUSTI, a brand specializing in the dissemination of Salento gastronomic specialties both in Italy and abroad.
The Taviano plant has therefore transformed over the years, acquiring more and more the value of a nerve center and commercial hub, also due to the introduction in 2014 of a CSM - Shellfish Expedition Center aimed at the storage of seafood and live crustaceans and , in 2015, of a large and well-stocked cash & carry.
Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for its territory are the constants of a constantly evolving company, which aims to overcome its limits, increasingly meeting the needs of its customers: SURGELE ', a chain of franchising stores specialized in proposal of frozen foods designed to meet the needs of the private individual.
