My Home is the C&M Developers app for those who have already reserved or purchased their unit with us. Everything about your purchase, in one place, anytime.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• View your complete payment schedule: each installment, its amount, and its due date.
• See how much you've paid toward your down payment, with your progress displayed.
• Upload a photo of your payment receipt for each installment, from anywhere.
• Receive a notification as soon as accounting confirms your payment.
• Access your documents: reservation, purchase agreement, and deed.
• View the floor plans of your unit when they are ready.
HOW PAYMENT WORKS
You pay through your bank, as usual. Here, you simply upload the proof of payment: take a photo of the deposit or transfer receipt, and the installment will be marked UNDER REVIEW. Once accounting verifies it with the bank, you will receive confirmation, and your payment schedule will automatically update. The app does not charge or debit anything.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Only for C&M Developers clients with a reserved or purchased unit. Access is provided by the company; there is no open registration. If you are a client and don't yet have your password, ask your advisor for it.

We are a residential developer in Quito with projects in growing areas of the city. We support the entire financing process with BIESS Credi Casa, from application to closing.
