This is a rating for my tablet experience. Today it appears I was forced into new version of the software which is horrible. Navigation options are far worse. Articles don't pop out like they did. They now appear on the right side of my screen while leaving a partial view of the rest of the page on the left. This is useless. If I'm popping out an article I want to see the article not the rest of the page. The old software allowed me to clearly see the popped-out article in the middle

Virtually worthless, and an embarrassment. Despite subscribing, with solid wifi coverage, this app mostly sits and spins, never loading the articles. When it says your newspaper is "ready", it's not actually loaded in the app, you have to be online to read anything anyway. Even "Download" in this app is meaningless. Tap a news notification to read an article? Blank screen forever. Just a garbage app. Use a 3rd party app like Press Reader, and you might actually be able to read offline.

The app is OK but the bookmark feature does not always work. Would love to sync my online subscription here to.
