Location & Foreground Service Disclosure
What it does: When you enable Live Location or start an Incident/SOS, Soteria Shield uses a Foreground Service (Location) to keep sharing your location for team safety—even if you switch apps or lock the screen.
User control: Location sharing is off by default. You choose when to start and can stop any time from the in-app control or the persistent notification.
User-perceptible: A persistent notification is shown while location sharing is active.
Scope & duration: Location runs only while Live Location or an active Incident/SOS is on, and stops automatically when you turn it off or the incident ends.
Purpose: Location data is used solely for safety/coordination features (not for advertising).
