I’m unable to create an account because my mobile number is the primary account number. At the second step of registration, I’m asked to provide another mobile number, which I don’t have, so I can’t proceed further. Enhancement suggestion: The date of birth selection on Android is not user-friendly and should be improved to make the process smoother.

I am currently experiencing a login issue. After entering my member ID and password, I receive the error message: 'something wrong occurred.' I have already uninstalled the application as a troubleshooting step.

Hello, I am writing to report an issue I have encountered. The system does not allow a single phone number to be registered with multiple member accounts.
