Report Manager is an app with which field staff can digitally record reports on meetings and agreements made with customers.
It is also possible to create telephone agreements with the customer in the system as a "telephone" report. This means that this information can be accessed quickly and efficiently by executives or back office employees and the right decisions can be made promptly. It is also useful for tracking agreements later.
There are visit intervals for every customer
Field staff specify the period in which they should visit customers. The status of the visit is displayed using traffic light colors so that it is clearly visible when a visit is necessary.
Green - no visit in the near future
Orange - visit within two weeks
Red - visit overdue
With the Report Manager it is possible to ensure that reports on visits to customers can really only be written at the customer's site. To do this, the Report Manager uses the smartphone's GPS signal and only allows an “on-site” report if the employee is actually on site with the customer. There won't be any
Location-related data stored or constantly checked. The location is only compared while the report is being generated.
