It is a mobile application that allows residents of the State of Puebla to quickly and securely issue emergency alerts via a Panic Button, as well as report incidents related to Public Safety, Pre-Hospital Care, and Civil Protection.
The application allows users to generate a report that is sent to the appropriate emergency services. When an alert is generated, a case number is created, allowing the Emergency Response Center to track the incident.
In addition, users can establish real-time, two-way communication with operators through an integrated chat, send multimedia evidence, and receive updates on the status of the incident.
It also includes direct access to services such as 911 calls and online reporting through the 089 service, facilitating immediate assistance and ensuring the appropriate channel is selected based on the type of emergency.
