I've noticed others also complaining about the app. I've been facing the same issue. for now I just log in through web browser on my phone to access my account.. funny thing is I can't do it through Chrome..I have to do it with Samsung internet browser. I can access the app on my iPad as well but not my samsung galaxy phone..did everything imaginable and still won't work.

I did like the app, but now this app has been crashing for two days. I haven't had any issues like this until you all started shutting down for maintenance. Now the app won't even open at all. it's quite frustrating that I can't see my account, or do any kind of banking. I've cleaned my cashe's, cleared data, restarted phone, checked for updates & even uninstalled & reinstalled the app. It still crashes immediately after I touch the Icon.

It works about a fraction of the time! Don't even get me started on how logging in via my app with the correct password still somehow trigger security alerts to my account. Can't really complain though because I can't even log into the actual Erie Bank website for some odd reason but I can find through the app when it decides to work.
