It works about a fraction of the time! Don't even get me started on how logging in via my app with the correct password still somehow trigger security alerts to my account. Can't really complain though because I can't even log into the actual Erie Bank website for some odd reason but I can find through the app when it decides to work.

THIS APP SUCKS!! The auto capture is poorly written software. fix this and your statements are poorly built as well. i thought the previous statements were bad... ha! these new CNB statements are even worse. Not much better than the old essa app. But check deposit sucks! too many errors and poorly designed capture method. doesn't hold account selection or $ amount when going to the next step of capture. then you play the game of "move closer, too bright, move away, too dark" etc...

So far it's been pretty good. The external transfers take a day sometimes 2 which is ridiculous should take seconds like every other bank and app bank.... But besides that issue that's the only one I've had so far. Any purchase I didn't recall they went over w me, any issues I had they responded decently quick. 4/5 just update that external transfer and I'd prolly say 5/5
