I hate the update. It's slow, the digital chat window is too big and annoying and can't be x'd out of, there are way too many things to click on to find the info I'm looking for, you have to actual click on a transaction to see what it's for now (whereas before you could scroll through all the transactions and read them without clicking on them). There are so many things about this update that I hate. It's a downgrade in my opinion. Please go back to the prior version!

Seriously thus new app stinks. Populate messages always have to be closed, chat bubble blocks portions of screen, even when minimized, why can't chat bubble be in a menu? But the absolute worst is the bill pay feature. It is worthless. Email comes in saying a bull is due, I goto the app and goto the biller, the amount due and due date doesn't auto populate. Have to switch back to email to get amount due and date, go back to the app and schedule it. Then a few weeks later I get another email sayi

It's very easy to navigate. I'm not the most technology inclined person and have no problem finding what I'm looking for and making transactions. I do use my desktop frequently and like that.
