Says app isn't compatible for my device anymore. How am I supposed to keep track of my account if my phone can't support this anymore. Makes no sense. update to review. I had to break down and spend over a 1000 to buy a new phone, which I really did not want to do, as no one could fix the issue. not happy at all as nothing was wrong with my other phone.

Updates are horrible. I cannot log in 95% of the time. One of my savings accounts has literally disappeared off of the app. There is no point trying to get technical support to help, nor customer service. They know they have a terrible app already. Thinking of switching. App doesnt work and they charge for everything that most banks do not! Already met with BancFirst- they offer FREE CHECKING. And you can withdraw without being penalized from any savings account. Used to love City National..

this service is pretty poor. the mobile deposit doesn't work half the time and will tell you it's accepted even if it's not. if your picture declined for any reason you won't know and they won't notify you or anything and you can't use the feature again after a mistake. terrible app
