The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.


GETTING STARTED
To use the CNB Sevierville Mobile App, you must be enrolled as a Citizens National Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Ratings and reviews

when it works correctly it's rather simple to use. I commonly get an error message after signing in that suggests I need an update (which the app does automatically). I am rerouted to the app store where the app shows that my version is the latest version. This is very inconvenient as it blocks me from using the app & I'm not able to easily go to a bank branch. please fix!

EDIT: It's been 5 years since my original review. The app still works flawlessly and intuitively. No gripes whatsoever, and much praise.

there are some kind of a bug. when I try to do a transfer the screen just goes black and I have to log back in deveral times
