Why is this on my phone? It drained my battery. I'm not from Ecuador! Also This app is listed as CneApp on my phone not CNE App. What is going on? This app used 100 percent of battery. CneApp is malware? Sick of this issue always arising.

The tool to find out your voting place works great. The training option is just a link to a website, there is no real app functionality for that purpose.
