The Smudge has spilled ink across the sketchbook, turning the world grey and trapping its masters. You are Ember, the Inkbreaker: chain the elements, fight back and bring the colour home, one dojo at a time.
CHAIN THE ELEMENTS
Draw through 3 or more matching orbs, diagonals too, in fast 10-second rounds. The longer your chain, the harder you hit, and orbs that pop by themselves set off combos. Fire beats Ice, Ice beats Wind, Wind beats Fire, and Light and Dark hit each other hard.
MASTER THE CHAIN ARTS
Every chain turns into a real fight: jabs, palm strikes, kicks, blocks and flying finishers. Each of the 28 masters fights in a style of their own. Read your foe, because some are stubborn, some copy you and some try to trick you.
BRING BACK THE COLOUR
Six hand-drawn chapters, from the lava of Ember Volcano to the moonlit Umbra Hollow and the unfinished Blank Page. Every win splashes colour back onto the map, and freeing a master floods their whole dojo with it.

BUILD YOUR DOJO
Upgrade your dojo and its rooms all the way to the gold-roofed Grand Dojo. Hire and train trainees, set guards and send them on expeditions, and earn trophy dojo looks for every chapter you finish.
CLIMB THE INK TOWER
100 floors across 10 storeys, from a paper library to a thunderstorm and a starlit observatory. Puzzle challenges, treasure rushes, a keeper with a trick of their own on every tenth floor, and a lost hero waiting at the top.
KICK DOWN RIVAL DOJOS
Walk the dojo street, scout your rivals, beat their guards and take their sign. Climb the leagues each season, and get your revenge when someone raids you.
DRESS YOUR HERO
Play as a boy or a girl. Mix and match more than 20 outfit sets, and wear a full set to unlock its skill.
GROW STRONGER
Level up all the way to 99, forge and fuse your gear, take on daily and weekly quests and travel the season road.
