I was feeling sick and I ordered from the app in order to eat and take my meds when waking up with special instruction to leave the food at the reception but guess who did not meet any food upon waking up. And upon calling customer service a lady picked up spoke in amharic and when I asked to switch to English I got hung up. And nobody is picking my calls now. Imagine having anemia and you can't eat and they act as if it's not their problem when you complain. and forget about being refunded.

The worst delivery company ever seen!let me share my experience here, I have ordered and made payment for the item but requested me to replace the items because they don't have control over the items availaiblity. The other day ,I have ordered three items but delivered only one item then I have complained several times then they supplied the 2nd item but for the third item left they didn't refund they said only sorry.don't trust and waste your time and money!

while it offers vast services, the app is extremely slow to the point it's painful. So please work on that if you could.
