The worst delivery company ever seen!let me share my experience here, I have ordered and made payment for the item but requested me to replace the items because they don't have control over the items availaiblity. The other day ,I have ordered three items but delivered only one item then I have complained several times then they supplied the 2nd item but for the third item left they didn't refund they said only sorry.don't trust and waste your time and money!

Very unprofessional and unaccountable! They have food listed as an option that the restaurant doesn't even have, and as soon as you confirm, the receipt is printed. Neither the company nor the restaurant has refunded my money. I just saw a lot of similar reviews, and not working towards fixing it is even the worst part. I wouldn't recommend this unprofessionalism to anyone.

Bought a cinema ticket using this app. The app crashed, but the money was still deducted from my Telebirr wallet. I contacted customer support multiple times and was promised a refund, but after almost a week nothing has been returned. The lack of accountability and respect for customers is very disappointing.
