Ratings and reviews

It automatically started charging me 5900 won per month with no notification, I didn't know I signed up. Naver search results show many people complain about this. When I tried to cancel my subscription, it prompted me with like 5 screens trying to prevent me from canceling, even the cancelation complete screen had a misleading screen trying to get me to un-cancel. This is very shady practices. Don't use this app.

The service is good, but I suggest one improvement. If a user moves a certain distance away from the bike (e.g., 200m), the system could auto-return the ride. This would prevent errors and unnecessary charges. In Europe, services like Bolt, Tier, and Lime already use similar geofencing to end rides automatically, which helps reduce disputes and extra fees. I hope this app can also add such a feature.

Utilizes predatory billing tactics with their Swing+ subscription. Intentionally makes it really hard to cancel, and also keeps billing you quietly even after you cancelled it. Terrible, predatory, and scammy
