CoachSpace connects families with coaches, and gives sport clubs the tools to run their programs — lessons, bookings, rosters and progress tracking, all in one place.

FOR FAMILIES AND STUDENTS

• Browse coaches by sport, level and location, with real profiles and certifications • Book a group class or a private session and get confirmation right away • Keep a profile for every family member on one account, each with their own skill levels and waivers • Sign your club's waivers in the app and keep a signed copy • Follow skill levels and milestones session by session • Add classes to your phone calendar and get a reminder before each one • See your club credit balance, top-ups and referral rewards

FOR CLUBS, COACHES AND STAFF

• Schedule single classes or a whole series, with locations and per-level pricing • Set coach availability by location, and see who is free while you build a class • Manage rosters, attendance and class readiness at a glance • Review payment receipts submitted by members and mark bookings paid • Handle credit top-ups, refunds and referral rewards • Track coach hours against per-level rates • Invite members and manage owners, staff, coaches and students

ABOUT PAYMENTS

Payments for lessons are arranged directly with your club. CoachSpace records what is owed and what has been paid, and lets you submit a receipt for your club to confirm. The app does not process card payments.

You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time, from Profile › Edit Profile › Delete Account in the app, or at https://coachspace.ca/delete-account
