Definitely has room for improvement. Not able to make deposits all the time, even after uninstalling and reinstalling app. Some days it hangs up when trying to photograph back of check. Usually works fine a day or two later. BTW, check image capture should be automatic when framed, like it is for other bank apps, instead of having to tap the button on screen to take the pic.

Good app, works good for internal transfers and checking balance, but some options don't work sometimes (mobile deposit) or never work at all (external transfer just gives an error code when clicked). It's a shame because I work during banking hours and would like to be able to do these things.

It works half the time. The other half it generates an error message and a toll free number. When I call the number they say to uninstall and reinstall the app.
