The Coast Mobile® Banking app is full of innovative tools to help you do your banking on the go and take control of your finances. Take advantage of Money Manager, our free in-app personal financial management tool, that helps you learn about your spending habits, set budgets, track progress towards your goals and pay down debt more effectively.

To use the Coast Mobile Banking app, simply log in using the same username and password you use for Coast Online® Banking.

Your digital security is our priority. We use sophisticated fraud detection technology that assesses real-time risk based on a number of indicators related to your information and the device you're using to log in, so you can bank online with confidence. And to verify you’re really you when performing certain transactions, we'll send you a security code to your email or mobile phone.

App Permissions

When you install the app it will ask for permission to access the following functions of your Android™ device:

• Approximate and precise location – allows the app to use your device's GPS to find the nearest branch or ATM, as well as collect location information for the purposes of fraud prevention
• Network access – allows the app to connect to the internet
• Access to pictures and videos – allows you to deposit cheques using Deposit On-the-go, or to change your profile or background image
• Access to pictures and videos – allows you to take a photo to change your profile or background image
• Access to storage – allows you to download transaction history, e-Statements, and void cheques

Anytime the app updates, when I try to log in it says "it's not you, it's us." Several years ago I was told 7 separate times over the course of 3 months that they would call me back in 3-5 business days with a solution. I never once received a call. Yet again, the app updated and I'm locked out. I was told "we will call you with a solution in 4 business days." It's been over 2 weeks & I haven't received a bloody phone call. Goodbye CC. It has not been a pleasure by anymeans.

I couldn't figure out where else to complain but I hate the changes you made to the website a few years ago. It's so hard to use and I constantly make mistakes with my online banking. It makes me angry & frustrated beyond words every time I have to use it. The fact that the to and from fields for transfers and bill payments use a completely different user interface from each other is ridiculous & confusing. It makes me not want to bank with you anymore and I've been a customer for 10+ years.

Needs support for password managers. Biometric sign-in makes it easier. The app functionality is different for the same UI on web (edit accounts tries to sell me products). Why would my savings account be the default account for paying bills? I often almost pay a bill from savings because every other bank defaults to chequing. Money Manager doesn't work, just see a nice error message at the top. Scammy 1 direction account linking: can transfer in but not out. Overall disappointing experience.
