Internet is great, just the app is not good. The new version of the app is completely terrible. For 1 it takes forever to load anything up, and then when it does, there's an error 95% of the time.

Coast Connect has saved me a lot of money in TV options. I paid over $145 with Dish Network, simple plan. Now, we pay $55/$56 for Coast Connect, plus a few preferred apps, and I pay less than $75 a month. Totally satisfied. We never thought we would have fiber optic this far in the woods. 5 stars without hesitation.

There is no way in the app to restart your router remotely. When your router goes down you are out of luck unless you are actually at home to unplug and plug it back in for restarting. There should be a way to restart your router yourself each month or whenever. The programmers should add this function in the app.
