Always feel listened to, and helped if need be

During our move in 04/2020 our rent never got paid and even though we got a month's rent in advance thanks to a charity we paid off nearly 3000 pounds in unpaid rent,now we are are 60 pounds in credit COASTLINE SAY they will still take money out of my uc as we have to save up so we are a months in advance but that's been paid COASTLINE are so wrong and never happy take,take,take.disgusting
