Your butcher opens at 8 a.m. and closes at 7:30 p.m. You work from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. BonGost exists for that.

Reserve what your local shop has available today, then pick it up at your convenience. Nothing is delivered: everything is collected in-store, directly from the shop owner.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND
• Food shops near you, with their actual opening hours and distance from your location.

• What they have RIGHT NOW — not a static catalog. The deli offers their Monday moussaka, the greengrocer their fresh strawberries.

• A food waste reduction service: unsold items from the evening, at reduced prices, so they can be eaten instead of thrown away.

• Your current orders, their preparation status, and the code to present at the counter.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose a shop and what you want.

2. Confirm: the merchant receives the order and prepares it.

3. You are notified when it's ready. You go, give the code, and you're done.

Depending on the store, you pay online or at the counter when you pick up your order. This is indicated before you confirm, never after.

WHAT WE DON'T DO
No delivery. No courier service. No hidden commissions at the merchant's expense: they receive their price, and the service fees are displayed before you confirm.

YOUR DATA
You can browse stores without an account. Your location is used only to calculate the distance and is never stored on our servers; declining to share it leaves the entire catalog accessible. Exporting and deleting your account can be done from the app with just two taps.

BonGost is published by Cobalio, in Toulenne, Gironde. The service starts in South Gironde and will expand as more merchants join.
