New app is not user friendly. To find & add a coupon takes forever and 10 clicks. There is no order what so ever, no option to search/sort and there is no reason to open a description window when adding a coupon. I can click on the product if I need the info. Small complaint but it takes time when adding multiple coupons. The old app was much easier; search bar, click add and done. Maybe rethink this new app or automatically put the all coupons on the loyalty cards to make life easier.

Awful. I tried to make an account. Email in use! Odd, never made an account before but okay, let me ask for a code to reset my password. I wait. and wait. and wait. No email. Okay, let me try a different email, same thing. Supposedly, I have two Coborns accounts, but they won't let me even begin to try and reset my passwords! Absolute nonsense, forget your stupid app, I'm going to Aldi's

why the hell do stores keep replacing their apps, making customers create new accounts replete with full address and phone number (despite having ZERO interest in getting deliveries). All this rigmarole just to "clip" a digital coupon for ice cream. It's demeaning and I feel like a rat in a maze. What an unpleasant shopping experience.
