it uses the internet, it sends the pictures to your server!! long press on the app then click on app info, then go to mobile data. You will see some MB. It shows clearly that the App is connected to the internet (send and receive data). Each photo is sent to your servers!!

This is a really nice app I've used to clear the watermark it's easy to use a nice and clean ui with everything that's needed
