As far as the business goes, Coconut Kenny's is awesome! I would totally recommend it. But as far as the app goes......IT FREAKING SUCKS!!! I have stayed logged in to the app and was building and saving up my points. And we ordered a lot. Dine in, we get one pizza. Takeout, we would get two or three pizzas. But today, 3/20/24, I went to order through my app, and I didn't have an account. I wasn't even logged in anymore. When I tried with both email and Facebook, it wouldn't let me. 🤷‍♀️😠😡🤬🤦

After the latest update on the app it won't let me sign in so I can use my rewards. I have tried to sign in on the app and on the desktop website but nothing will work.

They updated the app recently. I can no longer sign in (fb login tells me I have to use email, email tells me I have to use fb). Contacted coconut Kenny's and they said they can't fix it but I can use a new email address. I don't HAVE a different email address. Super disappointed.
