CO:CREATE - Tattoo Booking

Gesso Labs, Inc.

About this app

CO:CREATE is a free booking app for tattoo Artists, built with Artists on staff. Booking Requests, deposits, Client messages, and your calendar, all in one place, with no commissions taken out of your work.

You shouldn't have to trade control for visibility. On CO:CREATE, your rates, policies, Clients, and data stay yours.

BOOKING
• Accept and manage Booking Requests for custom work
• Post Wanna Do Designs, your ready-to-book designs (what some Artists call flash), that Clients book instantly
• Open or close your Books whenever you want
• Add policies Clients agree to before they book

PAYMENTS
• Collect secure deposits and payments
• Send Payment or Deposit Links in a DM, or pull up a QR code in person
• Offer Clients payment plans through Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm
• No commissions. You set your rates and keep 100% of them.

CLIENTS AND SCHEDULE
• Simple Dashboard prioritizes what matters most
• Message Clients directly and keep every conversation in one place
• Real-time notifications for new Booking Requests, deposits, and messages
• Manage availability and appointments on a built-in calendar
• Sync your existing Google calendar to keep everything together
• Your Client list and booking history belong to you

YOUR PROFILE
• A Booking Profile that shows Clients you run a professional operation
• A portfolio you can reorder to showcase your work the way you want
• Set hourly, half-day, and full-day rates. Show them or keep them private. Your call.

CO:CREATE (CoCreate) is built from the ground up for tattoo booking, not adapted from generic scheduling software. Download it free and run your tattoo business from anywhere.

What’s new

CO:CREATE is now on Android, so you can run your books from your phone. Answer Booking Requests, sell your Wanna Do Designs, collect deposits and get paid directly. Your rates, your policies, your timeline. Clients find you, book you and chat with you in one place, not across a pile of DMs.
