About this app

Billivo Expenses turns a photo of a receipt into a tax-compliant expense record.

Take a photo, review the details, and save. The app reads the document for you and keeps the digitally signed original, ready for your accountant or a tax audit.

SCAN AND FORGET ABOUT PAPER
• Capture receipts and invoices with your camera, with guided cropping and contrast adjustment.

• Or upload a PDF, JPG, or PNG from your device.

• Automatically reads the date, amount, taxable amount, VAT rates and amounts, invoice number, tax ID, and issuer name.

TAX-FRIENDLY RECORD
• The original image is preserved intact and unmodified: only the data is edited, never the document itself.

• Each file is sealed with an electronic seal certificate and its SHA-256 fingerprint.

• Visible integrity verification in the list: you'll know instantly if a record has been altered. • Minimum resolution control for data capture, following the certified digitization requirements of Order EHA/962/2007.

PERIOD CLOSING
• Close a month or quarter once you have reviewed it.

Expenses for a closed period are locked and can no longer be modified.

• Download a signed backup of the complete closing.

SUBMIT TO YOUR ACCOUNTANT OR AN INSPECTOR
• Export by month or date range in a ZIP file with the original files.

• Generate a verification package with the documents, their SHA-256 fingerprints, digital signatures, and public key, so that an auditor can validate them independently, without relying on the app.

ALL TEAM, ONE FILE
• Create accounts for your employees directly from the app.

Each employee uploads their expenses from their mobile device, and all the data is then added to the company's file.

SEARCH AND FIND
• Search by text and filter by date.
• Specific filters to quickly view altered records or those belonging to a closed period.

SECURITY
• Unlock with Face ID or fingerprint after a period of inactivity.

• Two-factor authentication.

• Automatic session logout.
