About this app

Billivo Time is the time tracking app for companies that need to easily record their team's working hours in compliance with Spanish labor regulations.

CLOCK IN AND OUT IN SECONDS
• Clock in, clock out, start and end of breaks with a single button.

• Current status and daily and weekly totals always visible.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly history on the calendar.

TRACEABLE CORRECTIONS
• If you forget to clock out, the app notifies you and allows you to adjust the day.

• Every correction requires a reason and is recorded for auditing.

ABSORS AND VACATIONS
• Request half a day, a full day, or multiple days off.

• The manager approves or rejects from their dashboard, with a comment.

WORKDAYS AND EXPECTED HOURS
• Define workdays by day of the week, with base hours and breaks.

• Compare hours worked against expected hours and view overtime.

COMPANY PANEL
• Real-time team status: clocked in, paused, and not clocked out.

Employee registration and management.

Export to Excel and CSV with records and summaries by period, ready for submission during an audit.

RESPECTFUL WORKPLACES AND GEOLOCATION
• Define your work centers with address and radius.

• Three control modes: disabled, alert, or strict, to adjust the requirements to your company's actual needs.

• Privacy by design: GPS coordinates do not leave the device. Only the assigned work location or the remote work marker is stored.

• Before the first location request, the information required by Article 13 of the GDPR is displayed.

REMINDERS
• Notifications to remind you to clock in and out.

SECURITY
• Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app.

• Change your password directly from the app.
