About this app

Horii is an online appointment booking platform for professionals who work by appointment. Organize your schedule, receive bookings through your link, and confirm everything via WhatsApp, without spreadsheets or notebooks.

Ideal for manicurists and nail designers, hairdressers and beauty salons, barbershops, aesthetics, lash and eyebrow services, psychologists, physiotherapists, nutritionists, personal trainers, therapists, private practices, and other self-employed professionals.

Online Booking Link
Get a booking page with your services, duration, and price, at the address of your choice. Send the link via WhatsApp, put it in your Instagram bio, or print it on your business card. The client books online through their browser, without downloading an app:
• Sees only the free times in your schedule, respecting your work hours and lunch break.

• Chooses one or more services, the day, and the time.

• Fills in the requested information: name, WhatsApp, address, or questions about your area.

You approve each booking or leave the confirmation automatic. While you decide, the time slot is pre-reserved. Each new request arrives via notification and email.

Daily and Weekly Schedule
• View occupied and free times and create, edit, cancel, or block a time slot.

• Define work days, breaks, and average appointment duration.

• Track confirmed, unconfirmed, and canceled appointments.

• Record appointments that have already taken place and keep your client schedule complete.

Confirmation and Reminder via WhatsApp
• The app generates the confirmation message with the day, time, and service. You just need to send it.

• Send appointment reminders and reduce no-shows.

Client and Service Registration
• Clients with phone number, WhatsApp, and important notes.

• Service history for each client, to remember what was done on the last visit.

• Services and procedures with duration and price, the same ones that appear on the scheduling link.

Financial Control of Appointments
• Record the value and payment method for each appointment.

• Know how much has already been received and how much is still due.

• Reports on billing, clients, and most requested services.

Why Use Horii
• Online scheduling and client scheduling in the same app.

• Online scheduling at no cost to your client and without registration on their end.

• Works for those who provide services in their own space, at the client's address, or online.

• Start without a monthly fee and set up your schedule in minutes.

Download Horii, organize your appointment schedule, and share your online scheduling link today.
