CodeCheck Pro checks a property insurance claim's adjuster summary against the building code adopted where the property is, and shows which code-required items are missing from the estimate, before they're overlooked.

Built for contractors, public adjusters and homeowners working roofing claims.

HOW IT WORKS • Bring in the adjuster summary: scan the paper copy with your phone's camera, choose a PDF from Files or Drive, or share it to CodeCheck Pro straight from your email. • CodeCheck Pro reads the estimate's line items and works out the scope of the roofing work. • It matches the property address to its building department and the code that department has adopted, including local amendments. • Each code-required item is marked Missing, Present or Not applicable, with the code section and a link to the source. Anything that needs a person's judgment is marked Needs confirmation, with the reason. • Generate a PDF report and send it to the carrier or adjuster from your phone's share sheet.

FOR TEAMS • Office managers and analysts share their organization's cases. • Upload a new revision when the carrier sends an updated summary, and run the analysis again. • Ask support about any case from inside the app.
