Hostel Management Module:
1. Easy bed occupancy management through graphical view of pending and occupied beds.
2. Easy guest creation thorough option to allow guest to fill the personal information.
3. Manages guest data including guest photo, phone, identification cards
4. Rental fees can be setup for monthly/daily master bed rate.
5. Rent along with caution deposit, amenity charges can be recorded for each guest
6. Fee tracker screen shows the list of pending rent to be received from guests. The fee tracker can be exported to excel.
7. Notification can be send to guests through WhatsApp indicating pending rent status.
8. Shows dashboard rent graph view for last 12 months

Expense Module:
1. All expenses can be tracked as cash, bank or credit payment type.
2. Party payments can be recorded.
3. Party ledger indicating the transactions and the running balance can be extracted as an excel file.
4. Shows dashboard of expense graph view for the last 12 months for managing the expenses efficiently.
