Pick your discipline and role, and jump into your part of 60 modules on takeoff from excavation to finishes, inspection, BIM and coordination, LEED, project management and FIDIC contracts. Then build a whole villa over 5 working days, from footings to handover: calculate quantities, review approvals and inspections, prepare payment applications, resolve drawing conflicts and variations, sequence the schedule and get promoted to project manager. Every decision affects time, cost and quality, and you can rotate the growing 3D site with your finger.
