Your pet's health record on your cell phone.

The CH - Meu Pet app stores the vaccinations, deworming, weight, and notes for each pet and notifies you before the next dose. If your veterinarian or pet shop uses CodeHamper, you can link to them with a code and see what they recorded and released for you on the same record.

WHO IT'S FOR
Owners of dogs, cats, birds, rodents, and other pets who want their health record always at hand, even without paper.

WHAT YOU DO IN THE APP
• My pets: register up to 30 pets with species, breed, age (by date of birth or approximate), size, neutering/spaying, microchip, and allergies.

• Vaccination record: register vaccinations, deworming, and flea and tick treatments with the date, batch number, and next dose. The dose you register and the dose registered by the veterinarian appear together, each with its origin marked.

• Weight: record weighings and track progress in a simple graph.

• Notes: Record what you observe daily, such as appetite, itching, or changes in food, to show at the consultation.

• Appointments: See the consultations, exams, and grooming services that the professional has authorized for you.

• Reminders: See the overdue and upcoming doses for all pets and receive a notification on your cell phone 3 days before and on the day.

• Care tips: General guidelines on keeping your pet's vaccination record up-to-date, deworming, weight, and when to see a veterinarian.

YOU CHOOSE WHAT YOU SHARE
To link, enter the code that the veterinarian or pet shop generated for you. The request awaits their approval. You decide what they see: the record, weights, and notes, and you can change it whenever you want. If you end the link, the professional will no longer see what you have recorded, and you will continue to have what they had already authorized, such as a paper vaccination record.

NO INTERNET
If the connection drops, the app will notify you and show what you had already uploaded. Pull up the screen to refresh when the network is back. To register something new, you need to be connected.

CODEHAMPER ACCOUNT
Log in with your email and password or with Google. The account is the same as for other CodeHamper apps. The app is free for tutors.
