About this app

The dental office on your cell phone.

My Dental Clinic brings together your daily schedule, patients, follow-up appointments, and quotes. It's the Odonto CodeHamper app and uses the same data as the dashboard and computer app: what you register in one appears in the others.

WHO IT'S FOR
Dentists, dental clinics, and reception staff: the owner, the dentist, and those who attend to patients.

WHAT YOU DO IN THE APP
• Daily schedule: view today's follow-up appointments, overdue appointments, and appointments for the week; call or contact the patient via WhatsApp and schedule their return.

• Patients: search by name, phone number, or CPF (Brazilian tax ID) and open their file with contact information, follow-up appointments, treatments, and quotes.

• Registration without duplicates: before registering, the app searches for the person in your account. Those who are already clients of the schedule or CRM (medical records) enter as patients with the same registration.

• New appointment: record the procedure performed from your catalog and schedule the next follow-up appointment.

• Odontogram: consult the marked teeth and the treatment plan for each patient.

• Follow-ups: track all pending appointments, from overdue to those in the coming months.

• Estimates: track open estimates and record when the patient approves or rejects them.

EACH PERSON WITH THEIR OWN ACCESS
Each team member has a role in Odonto: manager and team register and record; those who only consult have read-only access. Odontogram, tooth, and progress notes in the patient's record only appear to those with health permission. Estimate and treatment values ​​only appear to those with financial access.

MORE THAN ONE OFFICE
If you have access to Odonto on more than one account, the app will ask you to choose the account when you log in and allows you to switch whenever you want.

NO INTERNET
If the connection drops, the app will notify you and keep your previously loaded content on the screen, instead of displaying a technical error. Pull down the screen to refresh when the network returns.

SAME ACCOUNT AS THE DASHBOARD
Log in with your CodeHamper account, using your email and password or Google. Creating quotes, the procedure catalog, payment plans, the clinical record, and odontogram appointments are all on the dashboard, which is also where your account and plan are managed.

BEFORE STARTING
The app is free. Odonto is one of the products included in the CodeHamper account: create an account through the app and activate the free Odonto plan on the home screen, using the Start plan (no card required). Plans with more capacity are available on the dashboard for when your practice grows.
