My Money Ledger is a fast, no-clutter way to organize your money into accounts and sub-accounts, log every credit and debit, and always know your real balance — down to any level of detail you want.

ORGANIZE MONEY YOUR WAY
Create accounts for anything — Personal, Business, Family, Cash, or a specific goal — and nest sub-accounts inside them without limit. A "Business" account can hold "Shopping" and "Bills" sub-accounts, each with its own icon and description. Parent account balances automatically roll up every nested sub-account and its transactions, so a top-level total always reflects everything underneath it.

TRACK EVERY TRANSACTION
Log a transaction in seconds: title, optional notes, date, and amount. Mark it as a credit or debit and it's instantly color-coded — green for money in, red for money out — so your ledger is easy to scan at a glance.

STAY IN CONTROL, MONTH BY MONTH
Open any account to see a clean monthly ledger: total balance, credit, and debit for the month, with a scrollable table of every entry. Jump between months, edit or delete a transaction, or drill into a sub-account without losing your place.

FIND ANYTHING FAST
Search across your entire account tree from the dashboard, with parent accounts expanding to show matching sub-accounts automatically.

EXPORT AND BACK UP
Export any account's transaction history to CSV whenever you need it for records, taxes, or spreadsheets — and import a CSV back in when you need to restore or migrate data.

PRIVATE AND SYNCED
Sign in with just your phone number — no passwords to remember. Your accounts and transactions are securely synced to your account via Firebase, so your data is backed up and ready whenever you open the app, and it stays private to your phone number.
