About this app

HayTracker makes managing your hay and straw inventory simple. Perfect for hobby farms, horse owners, and small livestock operations—keep track of what you have, what you're using, and what it costs without spreadsheets or complicated software.

Track hay and straw separately, each with its own workflow. Hay moves from stock to in use to consumed. Straw goes directly from stock to consumed.

Log deliveries with quantity, cost per bale, and delivery fees. Add notes about hay quality or cutting number. View your complete transaction history and edit past entries when needed.

Get started quickly with pre-loaded bale types including two-string, three-string, and round bales. Create custom types for your operation.

See your total inventory value and monitor spending over time. Export your data to CSV for backup or migrate to a new device. Works offline with all data stored locally. Dark mode included for early morning barn checks.
