Turn any Android tablet or phone into a full-screen kiosk. HAkiosk locks any
website, web app, or Home Assistant dashboard to the whole screen — no browser bars, no clutter — so an old tablet on the wall becomes a clean, always-on display you control from anywhere.

Perfect for smart-home dashboards, digital signage, café and restaurant menus, conference room panels, retail displays, waiting-room screens, and exhibition booths. If it has a URL, HAkiosk can run it in kiosk mode.

Built fresh for the latest Android with Jetpack Compose and Material 3, HAkiosk is fast, modern, and runs great on everything from a brand-new tablet to an old wall device you want to put back to work (Android 8.1 and up).

• The front camera watches for a face and brings the screen back as you approach

FIXED: turning on MQTT could crash the app. If you switched MQTT off to work around it, it is safe to turn back on.
NEW: Home Assistant discovery — the tablet adds itself, with battery, presence, a screensaver switch and a refresh button. No YAML.
