I bought this with a year subscription, with the simple expectation that it would perform with the functions it advertised. I needed audio transcripts of recorded interviews. It fails to successfully record files, which makes transcripts impossible. Putting in for a refund is also made deliberately difficult by design. This company is made of theives.

I started using this app few days ago. Overall, seems to be working great. There has been a few glitches in which uploading file feature does not work. I am amazed, though, on how fast the app has work for me and the accuracy of the translations. I like very much getting the summary of the conversation plus the actual transcript. I am very inclined to give 5 starts but I will need more time for that. I would need to have reasonable customer support. Thanks.

1. I can't trust your application. I just did a 1hour recording of a very important session and the app for some reason didn't deliver a transcribed version neither did it store the recording. That's not a great experience. 2. Also, you can't upload an audio for transcription, what's the point then. 3. It only captures and transcribes audio when actively recorded with mic and it has to be less than 30mins if it's more then audio disappears, that's risky it you wanna record lenghthy meetings
