Ratings and reviews

Generally straightforward and interesting, but sometimes seems illogical so have to use hints. Update (2024 vs. 2021): still enjoyable to replay a couple of times, but has only one "right" outcome. Player doesn't really have much flexibility in the last third of the game. Hope the new desktop version will have more options.

Cool idea, but rather basic and linear in terms of the story arc. Even tho it's set up like a cyoa game, there's usually only one viable path that you can take. Hopefully you can expand on this idea and add some complexity and variation to the game or to a sequel. I definitely feel like it's not worth the money I spent because there are other games that are much longer and more complex that you can download for free.

I really liked the layout and simplicity of the controls. I did like the story as well, sad it ended but it was nice to read and make choices. I hope there will be like a continuation of more like these. Only few things I would have liked is a history log of previous texts so it's easy to scroll back. Also, wish there were like health potions as you can't heal during battle. Something to consider, but overall enjoyed it.
