About this game

Turn your playlists into a music quiz. Even the person playing the music can join in.

Start a track in a compatible media player, then open AnyMusicQuiz. The title and artist are hidden, the artwork is blurred, and playback controls remain available in the game. This lets the host run the music without seeing the answers.

AnyMusicQuiz does not provide music or a song catalog. You use your own playlists and a media player already installed on your phone.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Start a playlist in your media player.
2. Open AnyMusicQuiz and grant Notification Access so it can detect the active Android media session.
3. Guess the title or artist by typing or speaking, on your own or with friends.

WHICH PLAYERS WORK?
AnyMusicQuiz works with apps that correctly expose their media session to Android. Spotify, YouTube Music, Deezer, VLC, and some local-file players may work, but metadata detection and available controls vary by player, device, and Android version. AnyMusicQuiz is not affiliated with these services.

FEATURES:

• HISTORY AND STATS: Review played tracks and follow your results.
• WEAR OS COMPANION: View the blurred artwork, use hints, and control the game from a compatible watch.

CHOOSE YOUR MODE:
• FREE VERSION: Play in free-play mode with basic hints and controls.
• REWARDED PREMIUM: Watch a video ad to unlock Premium features for 24 hours.
• FULL PREMIUM: Unlock Session Mode, unlimited history, and detailed stats, and remove ads.

Good to know: Notification Access is used to detect the active media session and read metadata supplied by the player. Wear OS sync uses Google Play services. Depending on your settings, third-party analytics, advertising, and diagnostics services may process technical and usage data. If you use voice answers, audio is processed by the speech recognition service configured on your device. See Google Play's Data safety section and the privacy policy for details.
