Booked Sylhet to Cox ticket. Not a good experience. Their bus supposed to start at 0845 PM, but right now it's 1100 PM, we couldn't board the bus due to late. Still bus need more 2 hrs to come at Sylhet station. Their overall management is bad. Always late. If you're in good mood to start your vacation, they are here to ruined it.

App is good but London express journey was not good at all. I was travelling at the night time, driver was talking to his assistant loudly all the time. I could not sleep at all, driving was not also good. I would not travel with London Express next time.

Ticket purchases system secure n safe journey. Time schedule 5*. But seat design not comfortable 3* n at midnight didn't drop at their own counter 1* even I was sick that time n feel insecured at midnight. Average 3*.
