About this app

People Pulse is the official employee attendance and HR management app for our organisation. It connects securely to our internal HR system, allowing employees to check in and out, manage leave, and stay updated on HR information — all from their mobile device.

This app is for internal organisational use only. Accounts are not created within the app; every user logs in with the username and password already issued to them by our HR department.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

People Pulse only collects the information required to provide attendance and HR functionality:

- Location is captured only at the moment of check-in/check-out to verify attendance — the app does not track your location in the background.
- Camera and photo gallery access is used only when you choose to upload a profile photo.
- A device identifier is used to help confirm attendance is submitted from a recognised device and to prevent fraudulent entries.

All data is accessible only to your organisation's authorised HR administrators and is protected using industry-standard security practices.
